RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us, although certain restrictions may apply*. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days from the date that you physically receive the products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original invoice and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@thehealthparcel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

- Used or damaged products cannot be returned. The term “damaged product” includes but not limited to, damages caused by use of product, original product packaging is torn or missing, product damaged during shipment.
- Customized Products as per the client requirement will not be returned
- Wrong ordering of a product by the customer does not qualify for a return
- All the books purchased will be non returnable
- Example items that are non returnable including but not limited to:

Health Parcel reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process and to forbid the buyers permanently from using our Services.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, if approved by Health Parcel, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty one (21) calendar days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You may exchange your item(s) for something of equal value. If the exchange item is less than your original purchase item, you will get store credit note by email for the remainder which can be utilized in your next purchase. If the exchange item is greater than your original purchase item, you would pay the difference.

Transactional charges involved in outward remittance in case of refund will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION

- The customer can cancel/ change the order for the product before Health Parcel shares email intimation about "Shipment Ready to Dispatch".
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- There may be certain orders that Health Parcel partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.

Health Parcel also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Health Parcel as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  • Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
  • Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
  • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
  • Invalid address given in order details;
  • Any malpractice used to place the order.
  • No Cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.

    SHIPPING

    The Estimated Delivery window provided by Health Parcel reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Health Parcel’s control.

    In unforeseen circumstances, if there is change in cost for any product by the seller between the times you placed the order and the shipping takes place, it will be borne by the customer. Health Parcel is liable to provide you with a proof of the difference in the cost for that specific product.

    Once a product is shipped by Health Parcel and it gets stuck/ delayed with but not limited to custom/postal department of your Country for any unanticipated reason, Health Parcel is not liable for it.
